Self pity and low self esteem
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Is it normal for me to Just feel sad To feel hatred for myself To dislike myself so much that I don't see anything good about myself Is it normal to not even understand what is wrong with me To have nothing to be proud of To pretend everything is okay I'm tired.. just looking for a less painful way to let go Is this normal or is it just me 😥
