practice yoga .... believe in yourself... you can do it .... you can achieve anything... when ever you do feel moody just do whatever you like ... practice your hobbies...nd for focus practice breathing exercises

It would be helpful if you practice mindfulness. Journaling your feelings would also help. Practice gratitude. Developing hobbies which allow you to vent out energy like dance, Zumba, running, boxing would regulate your emotions
