it varies from perspective to perspective but i think sex is way different than masturbation. The exhilarating sensation one feels after having sex is different from that wave of loneliness and a minute of satisfaction you feel after masturbating. Sex makes you feel loved and happy so yeah i think sex is different and way more fun

More than physical, the difference lies in mental side, and depends how you go for it. Sex is not just copulation, there are lots of moments before(foreplay/teasing/touching) and after(cuddling). If you don't do it as a routine, and try to set the mood for it, it would be a lot different
