Sexual thoughts towards girls

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

OCD

With whichever girl I talk to, I get attracted and have sexual thoughts. I don't know why but it has been happening since my breakup an year ago. I can't seem to control these thoughts though consciously I have no intentions. What is the solution kindly some help

Well i guess your not over ur ex and rebounding if your having these thoughts. It’s clear you didn’t have this problem when you were in a relationship
