sometimes to feel good you don't need to add so many positive things instead of that you just need to remove that one or more negative thing which is blocking the way..
communicating very less with people is very peaceful
Its not that my all the phobias are gone all of sudden.. it's just that even after such horrible months i found some happy nd joyful moments.. and the reason is I stopped chatting with many people nd one of my roommate, she had very negative impact on me, we were close nd initially I felt having caring humans in life is really blessing but when she went over the board it made me more depressed for example, she always take care with whom m talking, where m going nd which route I use, whom with m talking everything.. nd that is also lot of a burden.. after staying apart from her m feeling very relaxed. she used to speak alot.. nd that also affected alot to me mentally.. the key is that don't even dare to get attach with anyone or get into any relationship where someone is dominant nd disturbing your life.. nd you don't get enough space and peace for yourself.
please have courage to say NO to everything which disturbs your peace of mind.. please remwmber this.
stay away from everysingle person who makes you feel negative about yourself nd always expect you to be their side.
just remove those people from your life nd life is way easire than before.
