Hi. The body and mind are connected: a lot of times when we don't take care of the mental part, it started to show on the body. Do some sport and try to avoid tv, smartphones and similar things before bed. Sport activity does not need to be a hardcore one: you can do some simple walking around or some meditation. if there is a forest near by, go there for a short walk. Tell your friends and boyfriend that you need a bit of support and that you feel anxious. Sometimes a good conversation is also a good thing to do. Good luck!
