Sleep Cycle disturbed From last one week my sleep cycle is disturbed I usually sleep in the evening around 4-8PM and wake up around 12AM or 2AM my diet is also affected with this. I usually eat around 3AM. I have trying too hard to make it organised but still can't manage. However I try to avoid sleep in the evening because of tiredness it cease to defeat. How should I correct my sleep cycle ?
