i think listening songs works cause I'll able to sleep after listening some of my favorite calm songs

idk but sleeping like-a-dead position helps me sleep. y'know, that straight body facing your ceiling and both hands on your stomach. then, i count starting from one 'til i fell asleep. it sometimes took me until 100 before i could sleep.

and also, while counting make sure you focus to the numbers. don't let any thoughts came to your mind, so you avoid overthinking and stuffs. and when you forgot what number you're in, start again in one.
