That are the simptoms of depression, you should visit a therapist. You should find some fun activities to do, spend time outside, maybe there is something emotionaly you are neglecting, and that's why a therapist could help. Maybe it is not serious at this moment but it could get worse if you don't do anything about it. Good luck, I hope you get better!

Do what makes you happy...even if you think you are alone, understand that lonliness makes us more stronger. Plan your day properly and try to finish all your works. by doing this you will become more satisfied and also you will get a motivation to make all days productive. don't bother about your friends. work hard in silence and make success as your noise. then everyone will care about your story.

I have my exam tomorrow and I'm not able to learn as I'm having headache because of being sleepy, I need to sleep, I woke up 2 hours ago and my sleeping headache started 1 hour after waking up, I slept for 10 hours, what should I do I have exam tomorrow and because of it I'm not able to learn

Can you call in sick? (Because you sort of are) would you get a chance to retake the exam? And after that go see a doctor, and a therapist, so you can get treatment.

even I want to see a therapist but I don't know how to ask my sister to take me to one, I think that she'll think I'm being dramatic and get irritated when I ask her this :(

Don't worry... watch some videos on how to sleep less and be productive on YouTube. then try to use those techniques for a few days. if you feel sleepy after all these let's try another way. " Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can"

Okay, so sit with your sister(if you can't talk to your mother) and tell her what is happening, and that you are struggling, think about how can you tell something to be taken more seriously, but really try. If it doesn't work, you should talk to your teacher and school psychologist, about your struggles but don't lead with the exam, so it doesn't seem like you are trying to get out of it. Best to talk to them after the exam. If you fail one exam it shouldn't be a problem, you can make up for it with other assignments when you are feeling better.

I talked to one of my friend about this, I told her that I think I'm in depression and she said anyone can tell just by looking at you you aren't depressed, you laugh all the time you have friends, you're just thinking too much, this isn't called depression you're just sad, is she right? I mean yea around people I behave normally, I laugh, I make fun, I'm social sometimes, but I took depression test online and it says I have severe depression, I thought maybe it's wrong but then I searched symptoms and yea they match pretty much, So is this all in my head or am I depressed for real?

I think in depression or being in anxiety.... can cause this because I m going through the same thing right now. even though I have my exams for 12 th coming

You are not making it up, you can easily hide depression with others. You know that you are in pain, something is definitely going on with a therapist could give you insight. But definitely if you are in pain and feel alone and you can't explain it, it's real,something is going on. I used to feel depressed in middle school and no one would notice, because naturally I acted normal, cause you know when you are around people you do not want to draw attention when you are so confused about what is going on. It's natural to hide.
