Social anxiety

Question

I am an introvert. i have to go work from next week and I'm already scared about it. this is the first time I'm going to a place where I don't know anyone. I cannot face people or talk to them. I usually prefer to be in my shell. I'm getting stressed to go nd face people nd be with them. I know I'll talk something stupid or just get bad impression if ppl meet me in person. I'm just not ready for it!!

every introvert before 2020 have gone to office and become successful.. it's not a big deal. people will make you comfortable there.. you will enjoy the rest....so chill and go on buddy...

That reminds me, jab meri job lagi thi aaj se lagbhag 5 saal pehle. 3 din tak apni mummy ko office leke gai thi😂😂.

you are just nervous. that's all right. I'm a boy and I felt like you when I joined a new place. It was very awful. But later I got very good friends who used to hangout with me after work. You will also make some friends and yes there might be other people who have similar issue like you. So you are not the only one. So you will get lot of friends. All the best buddy.
