take step by step. its hard right now but it will get easier time by time. when your close ones are talking to people try entering the conversation with them.
try completing some ramdom people often it will help you with your socilzing and it will make them happy:)
you can also try starting conversations with people by talking about something common. like for example if you were at school and you just finished class you could tell someone: this class was boring/fun
from my personal experience, i used to stay alone and not talk to anyone bcz i used to be a shy introvert person. then i took step my step into talking to people. for example "hey did you write this note?" "did you hear these news?" "did you know about.." it took me some time but i put a lot of efforts and it worked.
i beleive in you that you can do it. im also so proud of you for tryingm so stay strong and keep going and i know that you'll reach your goal
if you starting feeling nervous while talking to someone try talking to God and counting and imaging numbers and colors it could work
as soon as you are in a public place take the effort to compliment someone. not just for them but for you. it will help you with your social anxiety
and when your friends start a conversation with someone, try to enter with them. put the effort snd make it. i know you try. but you gotta do it. and i know you can bcz you are so strong. the first time will always be the hardet. then it becomes easier
