I can understand it gets really difficult.
What I did was to slowly start interacting with people and gave myself constant affirmations that it’s okay, nothing is going to happen.
I do have similar issue. In the time of lockdowns it is getting even worse. I do this things to overcome it: i force myself to go to shops, to places where are some activities and try to be there for an hour. After that I treat myself with something nice as some hot chocolate or something similar. Sometimes I even say to people that I have some fears/anxiety and usually people understand. and about the wedding is like this: i did a small wedding and it was much more picnic style. i invited just close friends and relatives and I tell them that it is a no stress zone. I also told them that there is no dress code and that it is about having nicebtine together. Believe me,guests are anxious as well ;) good luck!
