Try to slowly trust people. Having healthy boundaries is good but don’t let it be soo strict.

Same goes with me. I'm afraid of attachments so whenever I find getting close to someone I push them away. I guess it's normal that you just don't want to get hurt. Be a part of relationships but try not to get attached anytime soon. Appreciate whoever is in your life for how much ever time they are there.
