I also have that problem when I see boys around me I feel uncomfortable. I actually studied in Girl's School only when I was small. So, now I'm a bit uncomfortable around boys. I would suggest u that don't think about what others are saying and thinking. Sometimes, they think good about us but we end up thinking that they must be gossiping bout me. So, just if u want any help from a girl u can directly ask them. Like, we unecessarily don't talk with people, right? Being a girl I know we're gentle. You can even make some good and intelligent friends out there. They would help u. Don't be shy! Be confident! Obviously, u didn't do anything wrong to be talked about. Fighting, u can do it💜🙌

of course you are always having a hard time crowded places or like events right? I can tell... I always end up thinking that they talking about me,they are looking at me ...? or things like that and I can't enjoy a single thing in the mean time 😕. but ... if music or songs help you. ...? you can plug one earphone and calm yourself and.... try to.... do some things.... like slowly slowly take some days and start having conversations
