Why I always feel alone eventhough I'm in crowded places? I'm a nurse, and I've became anxious everytime I went to work..I always nervous. Every night, I cant sleep..too much thinking & crying. I'm so sick of it, but I cant stop..😭

I am sure you must be feeling anxious and alone at the same time where you must feel that no one is there is to extend a helping hand towards you. Do you socialize with your friends and family? Do you have work friends?
