Take 2-3 deep breaths put a big smile on my face and step on the stage.

Just calm down first. Take a deep breath. Think everyone in front of you are pumpkins and watermelons.
Whenever you r free,gave a think about why and about what are you worried by seeing the public. Is it something like they are going laugh at what they say? Or is it something like they are going to tease and judge you for what and how you said? Try to answer yourself the doubts araising in you.
I myself maynot no the best cause of stage fear because I always feel excited whenever I listen people clapping and enjoying disregarding the one or two in thousand speaking ill or bad of me. Because remember, wherever you go you find the negative energy
