Social anxiety and unhealthy relationship with parents

Hi everyone I don't  really know what to say or how to start but I get a lot bullied at high school my parents treat me like shit I get really bad grades bcz of what I am going through  and stay alone and I don't participate in any problem in the problem they are treating bcz I feel afraid for saying anything wrong

I am suffering from social anxiety as well. I know that it is not easy more especially if you have problems at home as well.  Talk to someone about this and hang in there.
