I can understand you must be really terrified with the idea of speaking in front of other but slowly start conditioning yourself that it’s okay, nothing is going to happen.
Start initiating conversation with people to make it easier start practicing an imaginary script that you will talk about with people.
Give friends phone calls, try to hold on to the conversation. These things really helped me.
