social anxiety

Actually i need a quick thing um tomorrow is my viva and i have social anxiety disorder and because of that right now my whole body is cold like my hands are becoming sweaty and cold and i don't know what will happen tomorrow because in crowdy places i get panic attack and sweating nd cold hands i start to cry don't know why but tears comes down nd then blackout.

all you need to do is get a good night’s sleep..wake up tomorrow, smile and tell your self, you will do well..u are the master of your own ship..tell yourself this is just another day, another exam..if nothing you will learn from it..because if you don’t tell yourself it’s going to go well with that smile, nobody will..

all will be fine dear.... dont take too much stress..... i know exam stress is horrible thing.... but each and every student face this stress..... so relax believe on your preparation and stay calm...... and all the best for the exam..... and i wish you will return home with a smile on your face
