Yes i did and they think I'm being delusional and that there's nothing like social anxiety

Yes i have a sister and she believes me but she can't do anything about it cuz my parents doesn't believe neither of us and i told them like 5 times they keep yelling at me and saying that I'm making it up

Seek support from your sister. Talk to her and get that comfort. Having siblings is a blessing at times. Also, for your social anxiety try talking to some of your class mates and make friends, don’t rush it take baby steps towards
