Look at your writing ,you addressed some people whom you don't know, now think there is a stage and we all are your audience ,you cannot say a word why ? Because the people you cannot you don't think what they may thinking about you , you have to give up this overthinking ,it really never matter what others think or say ,it is important to communicate as social being thus you need to practice it start visiting you neighbours before visiting them follow their lifestyle so that you may create topic and you don't need to wait for them to lead the conversation , register those in you diary and at the end of the month read the diary see what you did for communication you will gradually become proud of yourself and then one day you will even win stagefear too all the best try this excercise .

read books on social anxiety, i too have it, try reading CBT on social anxiety. it is worth a shot.
