Deactive your accounts for a while. Focus on your work so that you don't even have time to think about social media. Keep your phone away, in silent mode. You can set app timers as well. Unless you have the will power, none of this is gonna help
I am not physically well for past two days, so feeling tired and couldn't be able to study, and this things adds on to that to make me more anxious!

Don't worry about it now. Focus on your well being first. Eat well and recover soon so that you can make up for the lost time. Don't worry. Utilise this time to make a schedule which you can follow once you've fully recovered. Once you start studying in the morning, keep your phone away. Your texts and calls aren't important. Take breaks in between and study with concentration. At the end of the day, you can check your updates on mobile for a few mins, as a reward for studying without touching your phone the entire day. Damn. Then you need to set app timers. Or better, deactivate your social media accounts. You have many options. You can turn off notifications for other apps so that you're not tempted to open them. All you need is will power.

You tried many things, let's try something different and weird this time.
Just use your phone in a simple manner. For study that you want to do over phone. Install all the social media apps you use. BUT do not sign in, just install. Fb, Insta, WA app official app.
Idea is, fool the brain. The app is design in a way that you open them frequently. App icon colour type thing.
Use It like a tool to remember that you want to stay away from those apps.
2 things would happen. First you do not click on them to open app(But your mind will stay calm that you have social media app). 2nd thing is that You open the app and see that page which want you to sign in. It also give trigger/sign to mind to back from the app, here your willpower automatically will work.
