Social media had made me feel low..... I've got inferiority Complex because of social media...... I've got mentally sick as I think my life is not good as compared to girls on social media.... before I wasn't in Instagram was happy for the way I am but now I'm not happy as such I desire for a perfect figure so that i can post alot of pictures☹️☹️

I know, social media has created a superficial world it’s definitely not the reality. We all know that. So there is no point comparing yourself with someone who you don’t even know in real life. Acknowledge that everyone is unique and we need to accept and appreciate it. Try to be grateful of your existence and these things will stop mattering to you. Just focus on yourself and remember on social media people never show the real side.

Hey, listen. Social media can be intriguing. I was in the same position as you. I used to look at all those beautiful girls with good looking men n think that i would never get that. So what i did was. I took a break. Then i had more time in life. So i started doing things like reading, watching Netflix. I recommend a series called the bold type. It teaches you how to love yourself. And when you love yourself enough nobody's opinion will matter
