Yeah whenever I have something important like meeting or date or a presentation I start overthinking ( how should I act?...etc) then I feel so stressed and I start shaking ...

Don't freak out.. it's completely normal... These are symptoms of anxiety...
If u r shaking consult a psychiatrist....
The other things u can do is-
1.Start socializing ...this will decrease ur fear( kinda stage fear)
2.dont overthink about the situation...u r eating urself only...
3.by overthinking about the situation... How will act , how will it go... U r the one only who's making the situation worse...
Here r some tips u can work on to reduce stress and fear before any event-
Stand in front of mirror and practice speaking / explaining the presentation.... Don't practice in excess... Start socialize .... Which will gain confidence in u.... Don't think too much ... Relax urself before any meeting ...
It will take time but surely it will work... Belive in urself... U r going to do best of urself... All the best...

Try to break doen the problem and have solution oriented approach. This will help in coping with stress

Dont think wht people think of u... They are juz like us.. Do wht u like.. People cant judge u with a single presentation.. Do things which fears u most..
