I was in a sextual relationship with my best friend..& it was also like a one sided love..because of this i suffered a lot anxiety mental depression..We had this for 4 years then for 1 year we were seperated.. Now after one year again i had sex with him for twice & dont know why i feel very much guilty.. Again im feeling same kind of anxiety.. He is also in a relationship with someone else.. But i cant stop loving him.. What should i do?? Please help
