I am worried about my mental health My father was in ICU due to heart failure last month and this month my young sister died due to sudden heart attack. I try to come out of one mysery that suddenly a new and bigger problem comes in my life. I recently switched to a new company too and not able to focus on anything now. Now, my father health is also very bad again due to sister demise and we are in a very tough spot. What shall I do as I am scared that I might lose myself too.

dear dont worry , this is one of the phase in life , yes your situation is really tough , but hold on , if you cant do anything , just hold on for sometime , things will turn out better , even i had faced like this many time , ....

I feel I am stuck as I am very ambitious but love my family too. Being a only son, I feel its my moral duty too to stay with them in their bad health. But this ultimately makes me irritated and anxious as I am not able to focus or enjoy my late 20s when people generally go for adventure trips and clubs.

Hey!Thanks for reaching out. I can only imagine the trauma your family must be going through. But pls don't lose hope, difficult times do come but we try to overcome them by supporting each other. You can still go on your trips, I am sure you can take a break have you tried talking about it with your family? Because in order to do be able to devote yourself with a peace of mind it's important for you to take a break.
