I'm a 15 year old girl. Recently, i have been suffering from a lot of stress and depression. I dont feel like talking to anyone and often get angry when someone enters my room. I am in 10th so my board exams will be held soon, but i am not at all able to study. All i do is watch series or listen songs all day. I dont feel like attending schools or classes. This feeling gets even stronger when my parents keep talking about studying and getting 95+ marks in boards. This just gives me more stress than inspiration. And i dont really feel like talking to anyone. Even with friends. I often feel very low due to increase in my weight during this lockdown. I have no confidence and often feel ashamed to go out.
