I have been dealing with depression, srress, along with anxiety. I went through a divirce back in 2006 with a child involved. Still trying to heal and wonder if anyone else has similiar feelings. I still love my ex, but she told me friends is as far as it goes. I attend chirch and Reformers Unanimous for addiction which is emotions.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure this must be taking a toll on your mental health. I see that you still have feelings for her. Have you tried telling her that? You can't expect her to respond in an idealistic way just as how you feel. But at least you can make peace with the fact that you outpoured your feelings. Have you been able to accept this change in your life? How is your relationship with your child and with your ex-partner? Did you try to move on in life because definitely it has been long?
