Relax urself... U don't have to carry the stress of this world .. believe .... God is their to solve all ur problem and stress... Wherever u r going make sure u r surrounding urself with positive energy... Take time out and look at this world this is so beautiful... Enjoy every moment of life ... Enjoy every small and big happiness moments ... Find good stuff in the surrounding.. that will help u divert ur mind.... Do pranayam ( type of yoga ) to relax ur heart ... Don't always think about the same topic... Encourage ur self in activities/ conversation that pleasure you ... All the best.... Try this ... U can do it... U deserve better life...
