What is stressing you out? I am sure we can talk about it, prolonged stress leads to migraines, it's a lifestyle disorder. I think you should consider taking therapy for it. The therapist will help you learn stress management techniques.

getting stress makes this more worst. so try to avoid stress. at stress free state ours brains work at its top. that helps u do ur work better.
to avaiod stress try things which make u happy
