It doesn't matter how long you study. What matters is how focused you are and how much you're able to grasp. Try to utilise time effectively and make the best of it.

Then you should make time bound schedules and most importantly, you need to keep your mobile away. It doesn't matter if you study 10 or 24 hrs. What matters is how much of it you've grasped. Once you finish goals for the day, it will serve as a motivation for the next day and you will feel excited to study and not anxious
