Hello, In past few days NTA and CET CELL just declared the results of exam and the score was unexpected for me it was too for admission in any college . because of that everything changed in my life my environment became dull i felt like depression everyday i just overthink on any subject or any things happening. This has made me stressed i dont have any energy to do any work, i just feel depressed and it has affected my life . Feels like just to sleep and anxiety hits me hard everday.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand it must be devastating for you. But let me remind you that life doesn't end here. You still have options that you can pursue. Try to now accept it and look for more options that you can take up. Things will be alright. Don't give up.

You need to keep your mind engaged and focus on things that you love. What has happened cannot be changed, you gave your best. Use this experience to prepare better for the next time, whilst you look for other options. Just don't give up. You need to stop overthinking and focus on things you love. Talk to your friends, hang out with them, do meditation, start afresh by preparing better this time. Good luck 😊
