I am very confused about life . Actually mai Mbbs keliye abroad jaana chahti hoo.par mera family bahut muskil vakth mai hoo.Matlab mera maa gussargayi dhi aur unke job govt job dhi. ab saree relatives mera upar bahut pressure dalthi hai ki since mai sabse badi hoo mujhe family ka responsibility udane chahiye aur maa ki job keliye jaana chahiye ...par mujhe vo pasand nahi hai..mera dream ek famous Neurologist banna hai..but confused..about my future.Agar maine govt job ke liye haa kardiya tho mai kabhi kush nahi rehapaongi.. aur mera sapna saphal nahi hoga aur agar maine abroad gayi tho mujhe hamesha keliye regret hoga ki jab mera family ko mera sabse zyada zarrorat dhi mai unke saath nahi deepaya...pls advice me what I have to do
