It must to be difficult for you to come out and its going to be difficult for your family too. Its a process of accepting, sharing acknowledging and coming to peace with it. Give them sometime. This is something you have to do for you no matter whose support you require

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand this anxiety because of the culture that we live in.
We can obviously not share it with them all of a sudden.
This requires conditioning of your parents for a longer period of time so that they should actually start accepting the change in the society.
Then you can tell them.
