Well my brother is also experiencing something similar since Covid. What my parents have done is they slowly started making him interact with family friends and didn’t push him into gatherings. I guess you can also do the same, start with people your comfortable with
Yeah! I think you should start with small interactions and if you still feel anxious practice a script before hand and try to initiate the conversation so that it can be turned the way you have practiced it.
