Try being strong as it happens we at times don’t get what we deserve at work. You did the right thing by getting out of a abusive relationship as it’s not healthy for you.Also, there is no need to upset as it is just a bad phase which will pass by. Stay strong :)

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure this must be difficult for you. Acceptance is a difficult road. But you will have to take it. In terms of everything in life, and we have to focus on what good can we churn out of that situation. Regarding your post rather than sulking over it you already know that you are the best and you work for your own satisfaction not to please others. You have to be motivated so that your work proves out to be the best and people will acknowledge it. What kind of abuse are you still experiencing? Have you not given your relationship a closure? You have been feeling overwhelmed with emotions thats why this happens. Have you tried talking about this before with anyone?

yes I have but its all said to be motivated and I am giving him control and all that. he still tries to get on me for talking to my friends or meeting them he still gives me threats that I will suicide and you will be blamed anything bad that happens to him is all my fault somehow

Be assertive that when the relationship is over i am not responsible for anything. And try to convince him that it’s okay to part ways. For now both of you needs to be off the radar with each other, when both of you have moved on in life you can remain friends. And it’s your life you can choose whoever you want to talk to.
