Hello! Mujhe bht achha laga ye dekh ki aap apni mom k baare me itna sochti hain. Aap unse bht baatein kia kriye. Jab aap dur hoti hain tb bhi. Or ghar me jo log hain jinki wjah se unhe tension hota hai, uske koi solution nikal skta hai? Kya unse araam se pyaar se baat ki jaa skti hai?

Take her out, to give her some break may be for an hour or so. Ask her to practice mindfulness. Talk about it, Try to sleep, Try to identify the stressor and try to accept it. Change the negative thoughts into positive ones.
