Stressed about moving in a new apartment

I'm stressed and feel anxious about  my new apartment. It seems like everyone has an opinion on how things should be and try to plan stuff around. I'm more visual and i would like to try stuff out before buying. Also i had some issues and delays with the people working on my apartment. The delay was 3 months at this point and that made me change my plans.

Thanks Samairah. That is a good advice. My other problem is that sometimes they have good ideas. But because it's not a simple thing, there are lots of decisions, i would be more inclined to take it slow. And at first it was okay. Now with all the delay(first it was 3 weeks, then another 3 weeks, then 1 month) i just lost my patience.

Well ultimately it should be your decision. I understand you would be panicking but it’s normal cause of the delay. Take it one day at a time and don’t rush it. Infact cherish it as taking your first step in the new house should be memorable 😊

Hi, Samairah. Thought I'd leave you an update. We've moved in to the apartment. It was all okay in the end. I think at some point everyone understood that it will be my choice on everything. And so everything went on more smoothly. Hugs xx
