These days I have been feeling very stressed about school. Not just exams but my academic life in general. I’m unable to focus on studies, complete assignments, meet deadlines, or participate in class activities. And this is further adding to my stress. I have always been a straight A student and I would hate to disappoint myself, my parents, and my teachers. I cannot think of a reason for why I have started having these troubles now. How can I get myself back on track?
