I had a relationship of 3.5 years and in March 2021 I caught him cheating and double dating me so things just ruined up and I ended everything with him but was unable to move on after this he continued his relationship with the other girl but all through the months till now ie- April, may, June, July, August he contacted me but I was unable to trust him. During the Mid of September he again contacted me and this time I felt he was genuine as I cross checked with the other girl too . So he and I started meeting and things were getting normal but suddenly since last 2-3 days he is acting weird and claiming that I need some time as I am unable to make eye contact with you due to my guilty deeds. Pleasee suggest me what to do as I am facing anxiety and stress due to this whole scenario. Please help me.
