Hi ig So i have started studying which is a positive step to better my mental health, the problem is the maximum i can squeeze out in a day whike managing home chores and not habing electricity is 4 hours a day. Now i have failed medical college and i really wanna show people what i am xapable of and that requires atleast 6- 8 hours of study a day. How can i do it? I am so si worried cuz i wanna top the exams now and it won't happen if i don't upgrade my study time and that makes me anxious amd reduces my study time. I am so so anxious! Please help me figure something out! It's been impossible to squeeze more time without damaging my mental health.
