Stressed because of a deadline

Hi guys I m so scared to work... I feel like I will die in a week... I have a major deadline but have not even started working on the project.. this is making me more anxious and depressed.

Then maybe you should start working on it. What I mean to say is, once you start, atleast you're somewhere. You can also know when you're likely to finish it. So don't worry about it. You'll finish it on time. Just relax, eat well, manage your time. You'll be fine and you aren't dying either!
