Hi everyone, Hope all are doing well. I am single mother. I have adult daughter and adult son. Both are not sharing good relationship. I had very bad abusive marriage. Now my daughter is dealing with anxiety and depression. Taken many medicines, but still not out of it. Please can you help me that how can I help her out. I can't see her in soo much pain. Thanks in advance Regards

It must be tough for you being alone and facing this. Be strong and you will get through this. Have you tried counselling? What are the doctors saying?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand how stressed you must be. It’s always advised whenever you start a psychiatric medicine it should be combined with a psychological intervention. Did she leave the medicine without the consultation? What are her symptoms?
