Have you tried talking to him when he is sober that this affects you and you don’t like it when he treats your mom like this.

He doesn't listen to me

When he is drunk he beats me too ,and my brother and sister also ,my sister is just 2 years old .
We are financially dependent on him and he is too short tempered .
He beat my mom very badly last night .He is having an extramarital affair he gives half his salary to his girlfriend and gives us only a little to me my mom and my siblings to survive .

My mother family will support us but my mother don't tell them
My mother and father married without parents permission. They ran away from home .
Legal process is very long .I suggested my mother to seek help legally but she woulnt do it .
I just hope my father dies
