same here ....I am really confused and stressed ...

Let me tell you, you are not alone in this aspect. I am suffering from the same thing. Due to covid, my dad had many panic attacks and due to that, my family was in shambles. He abused us for all 2020 and half of 2021. Now that he has gotten over it, he acts like he has done nothing wrong. But he has poisoned my mind and I dont think I can ever forget the things he did. But right now, it is my life that is on the line. If I dont excel then, it is going to be my fault. Because that is what happens in real life.
