Hii I am 35.I worked as a guest lecturer in an aided college in the hope that I will be permanently appointed in future when there is permanent vacancy.I paid a large amount demanded by the Management of the college.Now there are some internal management issues and now management not taking neither taking any action to appoint nor giving back the money.It makes me depression.Now I don't know how to deal with it.Help me to get rid of this situation.

Oh! It’s definitely a difficult situation to be in. Have you tried talking to someone in the management about it?

Yes.They promising to give job to calm us .We don't have trust.

Ask them to give you on a written note.

Actually we are 11 teachers.They gave us provisional appointment.But some people in the management are against it.They always make problems.Sometime I feel like it is better to leave this world.I cannot tolerate it more.
