Stressed because of management at work

Management in my workplace .... Really getting on my nerves .... I want to murder them all... Nog a joke ... For really... They are all like giant insects shown in  Men in Black 1 and 2

Hi... Yes... This entire year its one or the other argument with management... Making me feel.worthless... I don't want to quit my job coz I like my job... For some reason .. m not looking hope

Well it must be a toxic work environment. At times people are the reason for change and not your work. So you might have to look elsewhere if management is not good
