You should drink water and eat healthy food items. Avoiding food is not the answer

I think you should start to love your body more. Think why you re overweight: do you eat too much sugar or do you eat because you re bored? Do you eat because you hide feelings in food? Second part: not eating makes more damage to your body than to eat regularly. Eat 3-5 a day, make a menu of healthy food. Maybe read a book from Montignac about it. Drink enough water and eat fruits. Do exercises. It will be hard at first, but you will achieve long term results. Good luck!
Never let what someone says to u get to u........ I have to live with the fact that I get bad mouthed by my boss on a daily basis..... But can quit be cause I need the job
All I did was I stop letting wat he says get to me...... And I have been fine in that aspect so far
