Stressed because of parent’s decision

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I feel sad 😥 and dark from inside cause my mother And father dont want me to go to Bangalore

Oh! Have you tried talking to them? Tell them why you rely want to go, what kind of growth process you can see after moving to Bangalore. I am sure they will understand.

You need to sit down and talk to them in a calm way and explain to them what will be the benefits of you moving to Bangalore. Tell them how this will help you and them also. Parents will always want good for their kids, even if they are very strict. So try to find a time when they are in a good mood and explain to them.
