I cannot even imagine how you must be feeling. But just know that things aren't this cloudy as they appear. Maybe try taking one step at a time. Try doing one thing for a week and see how you feel. Maybe try making a little effort towards somebody whom you think could be a good friend. You never know how things might turn out. I am sure everything will be good.

Heyy! I'm a senior high schooler too. And my worst habit is procrastinating. So to manage my time I regularly make my self a timetable though I don't follow it most of the time. But I get a sense of what I'm doing. I don't have friends either but that's okay I still have fun. You should consult a professional.
